Payment terms for dental care
At Delft Dental Practice, we use the KNMT Dental Care Payment Terms and Conditions. These payment terms apply to dental care provided in the practice of a dentist or orthodontist, further referred to as care provider.
The payment terms are part of the treatment agreement. In these payment terms and conditions, the patient is also referred to, where appropriate, as the patient's legal representative.

These terms of payment were filed by the Royal Dutch Dental Promotion Society (KNMT) (at the time under the name of Nederlandse Maatschappij tot bevordering der Tandheelkunde (NMT)) on December 19, 2012 with the Clerk of the District Court of Utrecht under number 12/2013.
