I was very stressed... and the dentist for me is a big problem because I'm super sensitive and i have previous bad experiences with other dentists.... but Dr. Merve was sooo great... she took the time to talk to me and she was very considerate and attuned to my feelings.... and i did not feel any pain at all... so thanksful

Super nice dental practice!Everyone is friendly and professional.The practice is also very transparent about all costs, you can simply ask how much it costs and then you will know in advance.All staff are well trained and perform their duties very efficiently and effortlessly.I've been there for 2 years now, only great experiences.

English below*I recently visited this dentist for the first time. The treatment was good, I have no comments or comments about this. Afterwards I was shocked by the extra costs I received from their partner (infomedics) of almost EUR 200!Infomedics is like a collection agency that immediately charges collection costs and sends you an invoice in the middle of the month.This was indicated, but they are not going to change anything about it. Then immediately deregistered, unfortunately I don't like this way of collecting money.Furthermore, I have not been informed by the practitioner that my treatment may incur additional costs.Pay close attention if you are treated here and ask during your treatment whether there are any additional costs involved. It is logical that I cannot pay this immediately because these are unforeseen costs.I would like to draw your attention to your process regarding the house rules and your statement that at the beginning of each treatment, patients are made aware of the costs that may be incurred. Once again, this has not been the case for me.It is also funny that you place the blame on me and do not take any responsibility for the protocols not followed that you describe in your response. This way your organization will stand out even more.I have now found a dentist who neatly describes all possible costs so that I can decide for myself whether I want to take it or not.You have no choice but to respect my decision to have nothing more to do with your organization. I will strongly recommend you to everyone.

Recommended if you have a fear of the dentist!Avoided the dentist for years due to fear. Merve and a sweet intern created a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere, so I experienced the periodic check-ups and photos with minimal tension.

I had a minor orthodontic emergency during the holidays when a piece of wire was protruding from my braces, causing discomfort to my gums. Unfortunately, my own orthodontist was unavailable at the time. So, I reached out to DTP for assistance and despite not being a dedicated orthodontic clinic, they went above and beyond by accommodating me on the same day. The staff were also friendly and the clinic was clean and nicely decorated 😀.

So very happy and satisfied that we switched to DTP, from dental hygienist to assistant and dentist, great! My daughter recently had an unpleasant treatment, so sweet and caring how they reassured her and explained everything well.

Top treatment. I was able to go quickly and I am quite afraid of dentist appointments, but I was in good hands with Mrs. Can. She took her time and gave me the right care. Everything was clear, she described every step she took, super sweet, attentive and caring. I noticed her commitment to me and felt in good hands. My regular dentist for sure! Good vibes with Mrs. Can!

Fantastic specialists! Before i moved to Delft and started coming here i always thought that cleaning done by hygienist must end up in pain for 2 days. Here they make it absolutely hussle free!And they listen and care about pain and proper anesthesia.Strange to say but I actually started not hating going to the dentist

I have had a very pleasant experience at this place.My 3-year old needed filling for multiple teeth. Merve was very careful and professional with my son. She patiently communicates with him by showing him the tools and explaining what she would do.My son had his first tooth filling happily, without a single tear, despite his agitation! All our visits since have been far better than I had imagined.I found their practice through the recommendation of my son's daycare, who were aware of the integrity of the people working there. I have been happy with the care I have received and I highly recommend this practice.

So far I had a filling and a tooth extraction. Both nicely done by Merve and her assistant. I have a long history of going to dentists in my home country so I know how this compares. I was unsure about the tooth extraction because this operation is usually done by a dental surgeon. But Merve did just great. Kudos to her. Please forbid me for the initial mistrust.

Arriving at the practice with a broken tooth and no appointment, the dental staff soon put me at ease and were able to spontaneously repair the problem. I have since had a check up, which went very smoothly. The dentist was careful to explain the process to me, and go through the X-rays with me. I'll be going back for a professional clean soon. So far I have been very impressed and happy with the service and care.

Both Merve and Mina are complete professionals while being super friendly and putting me at ease (never easy when visiting a dentist). They were both very thorough and took their time without rushing me through. I am very pleased with the outcome and will be going back for regular check-ups and cleans, as well as for any issues.
